Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 November 2026. This explains what RAWONE Cards (run by RAWONE, Ahmedabad) collects and why, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect from card owners

Your name, email, password (stored only as a scrambled hash), and whatever you put on your card: contact details, photo, logo and links. We use this only to run your account and show your card.

What we collect from people who open a card

We count card opens and button taps. We do not store your IP address; we keep a daily anonymous code that can't be traced back to you. If you use "Share your number", your name, number and message go to that card's owner only, and only after you tick the consent box.

Who we share it with

Nobody, except the services that run the product: our server host (Hostinger, India), Cloudflare (security and image storage) and Resend (sending login codes). We never sell data.

How long we keep it

Card stats are kept for up to 13 months. Everything else stays until you delete it or your account. Backups are rotated within 30 days.

Your rights

From Settings you can download all your data or delete your account. A card owner can delete any lead. To ask anything, or to raise a grievance, email support@rawone.in. We reply within 7 days.
